Odd Blogging Question

This isn't a philosophy of religion question at all, but since so many of you here know a lot about blogging, I thought I'd ask. Is there any way to generate the box (logical necessity) operator in ASCII--or any other easy way to get it to show up in text in an HTML document? Thanks in advance.

The easiest way is to use brackets [].

You might try ∎ which gives you ∎. You can find most math and logic operators here. I had written a script to display these for comments and entries, but they never got used so I left them out in the last upgrade.

You're the man, Matthew. Thanks.

You might also try "□", which gives you □, and "◊", which gives you ◊.

Here's another website with a lot of special characters.

Thanks Alan! I new there had to be a reference for the white box. Your link is to the same site but different page, it's a great resource though.

Kevin,
Keep in mind that there might be some variation in how these show up based on system, browser, and font selection. It is also probably easier to remember ◊ (Lozenge) for the ◊ symbol.
