Has anyone had time to listen to this: 2009 SPR Presidential address
I’m dying to listen to it, but I defend on Monday.

I can’t find a website for the SPR. Does anyone have any info on it?

I’ve wondered about the SPR in the past, but I always forget to extend any effort to track down information on the group. From what I’ve picked up along the way, it seems the group meets in conjunction with the APA division meetings and is associated with the journal Sophia.

I was at that talk. It was really good! 🙂 The Society for Philosophy of Religion is about 80 years old, but it still does not have a website. It meets once a year, usually Th-Sat of the last week of February. It’s members number over 100, and many (e.g. Bill Rowe, Bill Wainwright, and Bill Hasker) attend every year. (Being named “Bill” is not a requirement for membership.) It has some mysterious connection to the International Journal for Philosophy of Religion. In odd numbered years, it meets in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Next year, it meets in Claremont, California.

Thanks Paul, I wasn’t able to find a draft of the paper on the net, or of the other papers mentioned on your CV about this new theory of intrinsic probability.
I’d like to interview you for Prosblogion on this actually, do you think we could do that?

I’d be happy to be interviewed, but I should warn you that my work on intrinsic probability is still in its early stages.
